The customer experience is paramount to us at Wave WiFi. That is why we notify users directly in our graphic user interface (GUI) about firmware updates that are available to download free of charge. We also realize that like all technical products some older units are at or nearing the end of their functioning life. The technology that was state of the art a few years ago has now been surpassed by newer and better equipment. If you own existing Wave WiFi hardware like some of our single band systems, we want to help you upgrade to newer and better technology.
