Wave WiFi Warranty Policy and Limitations

Return Material Authorization

Customers experiencing problems with a Wave WiFi Product, are advised to contact the Wave WiFi Partner from whom they purchased the Product. No Product may be returned directly to Wave WiFi without first contacting Wave WiFi for a Return Material Authorization (“RMA”) number. If it is determined that the Product may be defective, an RMA number and instructions for the Product return will be issued. An unauthorized return, i.e. one for which an RMA number has not been issued, will be returned to the sender at the sender’s expense. Authorized returns are to be shipped prepaid and to the address on the RMA in a proper shipping container.
