If you are looking for a custom WIFI application for your vessel or RV these are the guys to speak with. Their technical knowledge is second to none and they do not leave you hanging after the purchase. Allan and Jeff go way out of their way to ensure the products do what they say and are configured to provide the best performance when out on the water. Thank You for all you do!

I have a motor yacht with the Wave wifi installed. Unfortunately, the installer had issues and I was never taught how to properly use Wave in conjunction with my boats own wiifi system. For 13 months we had connection difficulties. This past Wednesday, Allen at Wave spent 1.5 hours educating me on complete usage and understanding. I am not technically inclined, and he was MOST PATIENT, UNDERSTANDING AND THOROUGH in getting my system properly setup. I have experienced many technical difficulties in recent times, but I HAVE NEVER HAD SUCH THOROUGH AND CONSIDERATE SUPPORT BEFORE. I HIGHLY RECCOMENT THEIR PRODCUT AND COMPANY

I wanted to give you an update on the Freedom LTE-A. The unit came in just fine last week. In an unexpected change in events, the customer picked up the unit on Friday. He installed it himself this weekend and the update this afternoon was everything is working well (T-Mobile & WIFI). Maybe too easy that an end user could do it. 😉
Thought would let you know.

Plugging the Ethernet cable from the Rogue directly to the Apple TV works great!
I also purchased a GL iNet Mango Mini router. This way I was successful in creating a WiFi network using the Rogue as the WAN and allowing me to find this network with the Apple TV and my IOS devices. Screen mirroring to the Apple TV from the iPad is therefore possible. So, if I download programs to the iPad, I can then send them to the Apple TV via screen mirroring.
With this setup, I might as well be at home. Everything works perfectly. As long as I have an Xfinity WiFi hotspot or some marina network with enough speed, I’m good to go.
You have a wonderful product here. It makes buying a DirecTV dome and DVR unnecessary.
Just thought I’d let you know. Great customer support!

First MBR550 w/Cellular connect was OMG GOOD! We used the rubber ducky antennas on the way North and lost cellular connection a few times no more than 20-30 minutes at a time, in the swamps of Georgia, North Carolina in the middle of nowhere, and in the middle of the Chesapeake Bay just north of Norfolk. In June while in NJ at our old home marina, I added an external cellular antenna to the MBR550 and after that, with the exception of losing signal in Northeastern Maine, we never lost our cellular data connection again all the way home. We were using up to 100GB/month from ATT and the speeds were amazing! I try to be a good network citizen and when WiFi was available at a Marina use it. In Boston at one marina we had two big buildings on either side of us and cellular was not working so I switched to WiFi for example. You are 100% correct that most Marinas do not have a sophisticated WiFi network. Oasis Marinas and Safe Harbor Marinas are the exception, all have a consistent WiFi SSID and PW at every marina you visit, so I made them Favorites in the RoguePro. In the MBR550 I prioritized RoguePro as 1 and Cellular as 2 and when we’d show up at one of those Marinas the MBR550 would sometimes switch it’s source to the Marina. It worked better when we left the Marina and got out of range that the switch to Cellular was automatic.
I also have favorites for Xfinity, Spectrum, and CableWiFi which are all open networks that you have to connect and then authenticate against your ISP which for me is Spectrum and my father COX. I had to turn off the autoswitch in the MBR550 because a lot of times distant Xfinity AP’s were strong enough that we’d connect at -80dBm and drop the cellular connection which was better. The Cellular data connection was so good that towards the end of the trip I stopped trying to switch to WiFi.

Other boaters are always asking me what we use and I rant and rave about the MBR550 capabilities! The RogueProDB really shined too this summer with a lot more 5Ghz AP’s than in the past. Love your WebUI for both products, but both have room to grow with new features….

Great company. Fantastic support. Was having a problem connecting to mobile. They spent a lot of time holding my hand and making sure that everything worked. Turned out the issue wasn’t their problem at all. It was the mobile carrier.

Third Verizon store. Found a tech genius. It’s working perfectly. Thank you for all your help. Is there someone I can sing your praises to?

I’m dropping an email to you to express my happiness with your company, its staff, and your outstanding products. We have about 6 installs under our belt, each one becoming easier. If we do run into a snag, tech support responds quickly and with the answers our clients, and we need, in a word, outstanding. I look forward to many more installs.

Another beautiful Wave WIFI installation executed by the Kraken Team. Customers love the Freedom series because it’s a very easy, intuitive system to use.
